Processing Information
Processed by Chris Johnson and Allison Marston, 1990-1991. Guide written by Chris Johnson and Allison Marston, 1990-1991. Conservation of the collection has involved flattening materials, rehousing them in acid-free folders and, in a few instances, encapsulating particularly fragile prints. Small and/or oddly sized materials have been housed in boxes while the bulk of the collection resides in map case drawers. In 2017 the collection a folder level inventory was conducted by comparing the physical blueprints against the finding aid from the old archives' website. During the inventory many new blueprints were discovered and added to the finding aid. All folders are numbered, barcoded, and linked to a cabinet location at the Library Shelving Facility.
